Broadway has made a beautiful masterpiece called Disney’s “The Lion King.” There have been many great reviews on the dance show and it was a big hit. The price to be able to go to one of these shows is $68. Meaning it is a very high quality performance.
The characters in the “Lion King” are “Simba; Dashaun Young, Mufasa; Nathaniel Stampley, Nala; Ta’Rea Cambell, Rafika; Tshidi Manye, Scar; Derek Smith, Young Simba (alternating performances); Marquis Kofi Rodriquesz, Young Simba(alternating performances ); Alfonso Romero Jones II, Zazu; Cameron Pow, Timon; Danny Rutigliano, Young Nala(alternating performances); Shannon Skye Tavarez, PUmbaa; Tom Alan Robbins, Young Nala(alternating performances); SHereen Pimentel, Banzai; James Brown-Orleans, Ed; Enrique Segura, Sheni; and Bonita J. Hamilton.”
The only place that his musical shows is at the Broadway Dance Center Stage. The musical is about a young lion that wants to be an adult lion and his adventure to make that happen.
I think that this is an amazing Broadway show performance because the dancers are such talented people. It really shows how much time the choreographers put into the production. The director was Julie Taymor and she did a fabulous job at showing the positive characteristics of the dancers. I really wish that one day I will be able to see the Broadway production, “The Lion King.”
