Opinion on Oil Spill

          The oil spill has affected wildlife and many people; we need to stop the flow. The oil spill is in the Gulf of Mexico and it is all over the ocean. No one has been able to stop the flow from the break in the pipe. The animals in the ocean are being affected and are dying. B P (the oil company) has not been able to stop and all of their ideas have failed. Someone else needs to take charge, maybe the Government. But someone needs to help stop the flow and help the environment.

             B P has made several attempts at trying to stop the break but none of them have done anything. One time they tried to fill the gap with mud. Another time they cut part of the break and put a cap on it. They both didn’t work they have tried many times. I think they are doing an okay job but need to work on it more. They may need to give the job to the government and they deal with it. B P hasn’t really done anything to stop the flow of oil. About 5,000 barrels of oil are spewing out every day. They need to try more on fixing it and have more working ideas.

            I think should put a cap on the whole, instead of cutting a new whole and capping it. Put the cap in the original whole. Or, they should repair the original whole. I don’t have the best ideas but they should do something actually productive. The oil spill is getting worse and worse every day, and needs to be stopped.

            The oil spill is terrible for the environment and the animals. The fishing industry is at a down fall and is doing terrible. The fisherman cannot fish with all the oil in the ocean. The oil has already reached shore in Louisiana, Mississippi and Georgia. Everything is being affected in the United States right now and, the leak needs to stop.
