Dear John Movie Review

          Not too long ago, I went to the movies with a couple of friends to see Dear John. This movie was more of a romantic movie. It was about a guy named John who was home visiting his dad, when he met a girl named Savannah who was home from college. They fall in love, but John has to go back and serve in the army. John and Savannah write letters to one another, however many things occur, when John is gone.

I thought this movie was excellent and I want to go see it again. The movie kept me on the edge of my seat and I wanted to keep watching it. A few parts of the movie shocked me which was one of the main reasons I wanted to keep watching to see what was going to happen next. The end of the movie was really heartbreaking and it was something I didn’t expect. Critics gave this movie three stars. However, I would give it about four. I strongly recommend this movie because I really enjoyed it!
