Michigan Ice Hawks Summer Hockey

            My entire life I have enjoyed the privilege of playing hockey, the sport that I love very much. The team that I am currently on is the Michigan Ice Hawks, and even though the fall and spring season is over, we haven’t stopped skating. We get a much needed two week break and once that time has concluded, our practices will resume on June 17, 2010. The coach will be working on conditioning mostly, and getting the team back in top shape so that once fall comes, we will not need to worry about getting fit once again. We can go right into plays, getting lines together, and many more things that most teams will not be able to do at the time we are because they are rushing to get into shape. We will be a few steps ahead of many teams and that should lead to many more wins.

            My team and I will have practice once a week, each Thursday until mid-July. Once mid-July comes we will be having fall tryouts and we should be getting a few new players to fill the spots of the people who were cut after the spring season was concluded. All thanks to the coach, this team is really preparing for the upcoming season and should definitely add many wins to our record.
