On June 2, 2010, in Detroit, Tigers pitcher Armando Galarraga had a perfect game going on. Unfortunately, the umpire Jim Joyce called a bad call. Jim Joyce said that one of the Cleveland Indians players were safe at first base, even through, on the replay it looks like that Galarraga was at the base before the player even touched it. In my opinion that guy was out, I think they should change the call or offer the player something like a spot in the Hall of Fame. Do you know how difficult to get a perfect game is it is very, very hard. I also think that the MLB should train their umpires better. They need to pay attention more and make sure they don’t get distracted at all, sort of like visual training. My opinion is not important it is mostly the people’s decision that really matters and many people were frustrated with the events that took place on June 2.
